Wheat Causes Intestinal Permeability in All Humans

in my post about Aphthous Ulcers I wrote about research relating gliadin of gluten causing a break down of the junctions between cells in the intestinal wall. Here’s the article on PubMed

The conclusions are:

Based on our results, we concluded that gliadin activates zonulin signaling irrespective of the genetic expression of autoimmunity, leading to increased intestinal permeability to macromolecules

So eating wheat causes intestinal permeability “Leaky Gut” in all humans.

For many this isn’t an issue at all. For some its a big deal.

I wonder how many that have no issues with wheat and really do?
