So tomorrow is my birthday and since it’s Monday we decided to celebrate today…This is a Vanilla Bean Coconut Milk Ice Cream and Vegan Chocolate-Chocolate Chip cake. Since the Chocolate cake was Frozen it was more like say, biscotti. It was delicious though.
